About Claim My Equity

Claim My Equity helps people take a careful first look at whether money may remain after a mortgage foreclosure sale.

What we do

We accept basic property-review requests from former owners, heirs, estate representatives, trustees, and other potentially eligible claimants in participating states. We then review available information to determine whether more research may be appropriate.

What we do not promise

We do not promise that funds exist, that a person is eligible, that a fixed amount will be paid, or that Claim My Equity can assist with every request.

Our legal boundary

Claim My Equity is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Probate, heirship, contested claims, court filings, and other legal matters may require a licensed attorney.

Our privacy boundary

The public intake asks only for basic property and contact information. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank information, government identification, death certificates, or probate documents through the public form.

Independent service: Claim My Equity is a private company. It is not affiliated with a court, county, sheriff, trustee, lender, state agency, or other government office.
