Privacy Policy

We collect basic property and contact details submitted through the intake, consent records, source/UTM information, and technical metadata needed for security and auditability. We do not request Social Security numbers, banking credentials, government identification, or estate documents through the public form. Access to private case information should be role-based and logged. Production retention periods, vendors, state rights, and the legal entity’s contact details must be completed by counsel before publication.
